Great location for Causeway Bay and Victoria Park. Views of park which was nice. No pool but we had other pool options…

Great stay for my family and the lounge was very welcoming - only thing to note is the room was under the bar so you can hear the bar beats and music during the weekends

The service at the hotel was excellent. We requested room service and housekeeping which was attended to promptly. Staff had great customer service and concierge always friendly.

The hotel experience was pretty good overall. The staff from concierge to cleaners to barmen were very attentive. We had a lower floor room that faces a car park, which the surrounding air conditioning units causes some low humming noise throughout our stay, which is a little annoying but not completely unbearable. The rooms are clean but with limited storage drawer or shelf space. We would come back again in the future and recommend to friends and family.
