Elevator light needs to be changed to make it easier to see floor numbers

Pro: Spacious, location, quiet, in unit washer/dryer, appliances, nice friendly staff
Con:
Only one elevator- had to wait over 10 minutes during check out hour.
inconsistency in quality - more wear and tear in our first stay. shower clogged in our second stay.
washer/dryer- takes a very long time.
Overall we were very satisfied with both stays and will most likely come back if price stays competitive.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights. It is a boutique hotel with one apartment per floor. The apartments are much more spacious than hotel rooms and the interior designs are clever to maximize space (which is a premium in HK) for similar prices to standard hotels. Great view from glass windows (full length) from our 28th floor apartment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Having a washing machine was convenient as I was already on the road for many days. Notice it is not a standard 'hotel' so there is no restaurant or foyer etc. Very happy to stay here again.

Fantastic stay at Hotel One96. Modern full floor suites with spectacular view of HK harbour. A hidden gem. Will return during my next trip. Highly recommend.

One96 is an incredible property in Hong Kong. A modern room with kitchenette and washer/dryer. Spectacular views of the harbour in a great location. Highly recommend for a once in a lifetime stay.
