It is better to have receiption and check in at the front of building not 5th floor.

Great location, close to many to many transport links. Check in and out was very easy and quick. Room was pretty small, but as we spent most time outside the hotel, it worked for 2 people.

I had two reservations. In the first reservation gave me a comfortable room, but unfortunately, I lost my airtag. In the second reservation gave me a completely uncomfortable room. I asked to return to my first room or at least to be allowed to look for myself my airtag. In the 15 days I spoke to many representatives, but no one gave me the solution or allowed me to look for my airtag. The last day when I checked out, they only allowed me to check it out by myself. It is not a good customer service.

We stay the second time in 1 week, and we got the harbor view. This is a excellent choice, we love the view, and it's worth the money.

Several posters around the property advertise 24-hour food available in the hotel. This isn't true, hasn't been true for a while, and the front desk acted confused when we asked about it. Change your signage. Also, the room had a surprising amount of mold. It was in the bathroom and bedroom areas, and my partner had coughing problems during our entire stay. The rooms are in need of a lot more maintenance and upkeep. Even issues like the metal doorframes showing a lot of rust: understandable in a very humid climate, but it does show a lack of care and attention when it gets out of hand. I also don't recommend the hotel breakfast buffet. Quality was insufficient for the equivalent of $13 USD. Many better options for quick meals in the surrounding area, including the Starbucks downstairs. The surrounding neighborhood was very convenient

My room smelled like sewer and pee. Furnishings had seen better days and ran down. The staff and housekeeping are professional and friendlythough and I likedtbat the rooms are quiet. Let's say I am disappointed about Ibis this time. Great location though.
