Had an amazing time at Hyatt in North Point. We had a late check in and the hotel was able to accommodate it. Hope to use the pool next time we visit!

Very limited dinning options except for the rooftop restaurant Cruise. The Farmhouse is a cattle feed. Small, crowded, and limited hour service, always a long line. A 5 star hotel, should offer continuous dining service and the room service. If you want something to eat approximately between 10:30am and lunch, or between 3 and 6pm, you are out of luch. The Cruise rooftop was taken by a wedding party on a Friday all day, so no bar option was left for the guests. No bar on a Friday night in a Hong Kong 5 star hotel!!! You be the judge!

Nick Nam & Yulia were the most helpful staff ever. They helped me so much after my brother could not enter the country so he had to cancel his booking last minute. If it wasn't for them I would have lost a lot of money with my booking. I really appreciate their help and I will be sure to comeback to this hotel again.

Near Northpoint MTR. Great location away from the busyness of downtown.
