Really convenient location for MTR. Luxurious feel to hotel. Staff are very helpful, especially the concierges when helping us with taxis

Great hotel looks very grand & opulent 5 minutes walk to the MTR very clean and staff efficient and polite. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

Kind os small for 3 ppl in one room. Not much shopping around the area.

The property was in good location, within 5 mins to metre station and a few mins walk to a busy street that is full of restaurants and shops. The only downside i got was the room was not being cleaned properly. We have foudn some small bugs on the first night. We did not notice it until we lay down very late at night as we were out all day. We have to request to change room at around midnight. Despite all these, the service was great, and the new room was in mich better condition. we have been moved to a new room immediately and offered 2 x free breakfast for the next day morning. Overall it was a great experience.

Walking from the hotel to the city was difficult. Need to walk through the restaurant.
