They put me in a smoking room. And the smell and cleanliness wasn’t so great. I requested for a room change, but they didn’t honor it that day.

We stayed here 15 years ago and remembered it was clean and centrally located thats why we booked it for our current trip, but the hotel's condition has been badly deteriorated since our last visit. The carpet looks like it has not been steam cleaned or vacuumed for years, stains on pillows, smelly comforter, stains on towels.. & the list goes on! Unless some major uograde is done to it, we don't look forward to stay here again any time soon.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We found all the staff courteous and helpful to our needs. Good management.The breakfast staff were fast and efficient and we enjoyed the breakfast.
