Area/location is close to Central within walking distance. The staff are pleasant, & professional. Housekeeping is so-so, could improve

This is a very clean, convenient and well served hotel. The service and support is very efficient. I have attended this hotel in several occasions, and always satisfied with the accommodation. Will join again in next visit to HK.

We I chose an upgraded room when booking (not the cheapest room) but our room didn’t have any features or amenities that differed from the cheapest room. Felt like a bait and switch.

Excellent hotel, with great amenities. Easy walk to central, albeit you need to be quite fit to walk up and down the hill. Taxis are cheap however, so no issues accessing this excellent hotel with wonderful views across the park and city.

Garden View is situated halfway up the hill, but not too far to walk down to Central district. The front desk and the concierge are very friendly and helpful, appreciate their help. Room is not too small, but would be nice to have a stand to put luggage on instead on the floor.
