The service was excellent. Especially Will, who was incredibly thoughtful when we were checking in after a long trip to HK. It was like a Christmas gift, encountering his kindness.

Quiet, my room has a good view of the Hong Kong Garden.
Convenient bus service to and from the MTR, but you have to ask where the bus stop is at Admiralty.

Area/location is close to Central within walking distance. The staff are pleasant, & professional. Housekeeping is so-so, could improve
