breakfast staff a bit rude and room extremely small, noisy and full of people. there are only 3 elevators for a hotel with 20 floors that caused delays all the time. longest wait was more than 10min

The rooms weren’t as clean as I expected. Around the shower had mold and a gap which led to water easily leak out while showering. Lastly the gym was supposed to be maintained every hour but didn’t see anyone wiping it down or disinfectant replaced when there wasn’t any.

Great place to travel into the city. Great service from the staff. Breakfast was varied and always plenty. Only downsides were they asked us about peanut allergy at booking but didn’t warn us about the peanuts present. Also, they advertised the saving energy by not not getting room cleaned for a 20dollar voucher, but the days we didn’t bother getting it cleaned, we kept being phoned up and asking why we don’t want it cleaned. We only got one 20 dollar voucher once for each room.

The shuttle service offered by the hotel makes going to Causeway Bay or to Central very convenient. The bteakfast was very good, many choices to choose from.
