We were staying 8 nights on the 27th floor with 2 service lifts. However one of the lift was unserviceable on the second day of our stay till the 9th day of our stay. And there was no sound proof of the rooms and we can hear clearly the bed activities of the room next door.

I have a hard time getting this hotel to email me in response. I was trying to confirm the reservation via Expedia contact the hotel or use the hotel website email address. The final email response was open-ended that it wouldn't confirm my reservation as I don't have their hotel reservation number but Expedia confirmation number. In addition, I just noticed there is an extra charge on my credit card bill after I returned back home although I confirmed that there was no charge on my room when I checked out. It is really a hassle to contact the hotel as I need to make a telephone call which is costly. The administrative part is definitely not very well coordinated.
