AKI is excellent in terms of service, cleanliness, staff and room layout. However the rooms are v small and I had a room facing rather old buildings. So no view and curtains had to be down most of the time which made room looked dark as a couple of lights were not working. Also not the most convenient location in terms of shopping. Other than that it’s a great hotel.

True panoramic city view through window on 3 sides of the tatami room which feels spacious. Very very nice room!

Beautiful hotel. Very small rooms. They are modern with lovely amenities. Staff here are not particularly friendly or welcoming.

A relaxing short stay, in a convenient location. A super clean modern room. Good in-room facilities, eg. good coffee/tea in room and monitor available for work. A welcoming concierge service. The bonus is a bar on top floor. Things that may not suit some people? the rooms are overlooked, yet blinds are an all or nothing. It would have been better if the blinds had greater transparency (like a net curtain). Overall, I had a great stay, it delivers a top room and great service. I recommend.
