"The hotel is very well designed. Our suite was comfortable, clean, with modern functional design, and had a great view of the sea. Each floor has laundry facilities. There were cafes and bars within walking distance, MRT and buses were right by the hotel. The only down side was the services. Our room was scheduled to be clean every 3 days, but they did not clean our room on the 6th day, only changed our towels. The reception desk ignore my repeated requests for changing the broken coffee cups....

"The place was exceptional! They gave us complimentary wine for our honeymoon staying. All the staff were very helpful. No worries about language since all of them talked English well. Also, shout out to the housekeeper who cleaned our room, she did it excellently. The building was renovated recently, everything was in good condition and working: washing machine, fridge, windows, AC, water boiler, shower. My wife and I really enjoyed our honeymoon staying in this place. "

I rushed over by under which cost extra due to surge prices, when I could have taken public transportation. At Check In, I was given a room with a "wet bathroom" that had the toilet in the shower, which would have meant the floor would be always wet. Pictures during booking definitely did not have this.
