Got there to be told he had double booked the room and as the other couple had paid more they get it. When we pointed out we had confirmed reservation wiith Expedia his response was F..K you and F..k Expedia then slammed the door leaving us to sort out alternative accomodation.

Madame, Monsieur,Je suis désolé pour ce malentendu mais je tiens à rétablir les faits en répondant à vos accusations.En 12 ans je n'ai jamais rencontré un tel problème. et il n'y a jamais eu aucune erreur. Et en tout 30 ans dans le tourisme dont 20 ans dans le tourisme de passagers.Je ne suis pas responsable de ce surbooking du a un problème informatique provenant de votre agent de réservation.Je n'ai jamais reçu votre réservation. J'ai une photo de mon écran qui le prouve.Je vous signale aussi que j 'ai passé 1 h au téléphone avec Expedia pour que vous soyez relogé. L'Equipe Anglaise a essayé de vous joindre sans succès, pour vous loger sur un autre hébergement. Mais vous aviez disparus!Vous aviez payé le séjour à Expedia et vous avez été entièrement remboursé suite à ma demande car je suis honnête.Les clients que vous avez vu sont ceux de mon gite, client en direct avec petit déjeuner offert et tarifs inférieurs au votre, qui n'a absolument rien à voir. Car mon gite n'est pas proposé sur Expedia.En conclusion :Ce n'est pas une question de favoritisme l'accès aux chambres mais une question de liste d'arrivée ou dans votre cas, vous n'apparaissiez pas du tout.

Character and comfort ~ lovely!
Posted 28 Jun 2023 on HotelsWhat a wonderful hotel. Frederique is a great host, very welcoming and organised. The room we had was just lovely ( The Pompadour). Each room is different. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom and tea / coffee in the room. The breakfast is more than adequate beautifully presented. The large free car park is 5 minutes walk in one direction and the harbour is 5 minutes walk the other way. We’ve been coming to Honfleur for 20 years and have finally found a place to stay that we would return to. Merci!

Perfect little hotel
Posted 16 Jun 2023 on HotelsWe had a fantastic stay here. Frederic couldn’t be more welcoming, he was delightful. The room was comfortable and lovely. Breakfast was delicious, including very good gluten free bread provided for my husband.
The hotel is very well appointed in a quiet street but only a short walk to the restaurants and bars.
Thanks Frederic, we will be back 😊

Frederic was the perfect host. He was in contact with us in advance of our arrival and shared advice on things to do and the best places to dine. The accommodations were very nice with a homey feel and the breakfast served was the best we had on our 3 week tour of France. I highly recommend this hotel.
