Wayne on Main is a large home that has been converted to a bed and breakfast. I was particularly impressed with the common areas that are architecturally pleasing and beautifully decorated for the holidays There is a large sitting room with a fireplace and piano. The two eating areas both had beautiful place settings. A hot breakfast is served with many other breakfast options. The bedroom while somewhat small was very clean, well laid out and comfortable. Free wi-fi is included. Looking forward to the nest stay.

Contrary to virtually all of our guests, this guest obviously did not like our B&B.But we would appreciate having the guest tell us what they did not like rather than just leaving a bad review.

I usually don't like to write anything if it's not to say how wonderful something is. Especially when dealing with someone who is nice and tries to please. The building needs a lot of work! On the surface everything looked clean. An unpleasant odor permeated our room. Breakfast was okay. I would not recommend this bed and breakfast.

Pretty interesting review is that this person says they do not like to write anything bad but they did anyway!!!!Seems everything was OK except for an "unpleasant odor".We clean and sanitize the rooms and entire property so we are sure that this guest did not like the sanitizer we use.Lastly he says it "needs a lot of work".We do a lot of work on the house and a large part of it is to maintain the historic character of the house which is in the historic district of Honesdale, PA and was built in 1920

Sorry but we just do not understand this review because virtually all our guests really enjoy our B&B which is evidenced by the really excellent reviews that we receive and the comments they make to Adrienne, the resident manager.Also, if a guest has a problem with our place, we would very much appreciate telling us what they did not like, if anything, rather that just writing a negative review.

The property was charming. It is a great place to enjoy nature and to reminiscent on the good all times. The manager was welcoming and polite. The breakfast was excellent.
