"The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....

"Amazing place. Very thought out! The area we stayed in was amazing. They even left a little ballon gift for my son’s birthday! We stayed here for Lego land! Perfect little hideaway, farm animals and was left some animal food to feed the animals with too! Eggs where a lovely surprise :) We would recommend this to our family and friends! "

"It saddens me to say but this is not the same hotel it was 8-9 years ago. I stay frequently, always in a luxury room. The hotel is in need of updating. Things like electric outlets and wall switches and plumbing fixtures often don’t work properly. The carpet is getting sketchy. "The hotel is fine. However, we strongly recommend that Hilton Hotels provide clarification as to the exact name/location since there is a Hilton Garden Inn adjoined with Terminal 2 and another Hilton Garden Inn a shortdrive away. This resulted in us trying to check into the wrong hotel and spending more money to reach the correct one, notwithstanding the extra stress this incurred. "

"Good value accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. The only disappointment was the Hoppa Bus is only once per hour. Instead I used the very regular and convenient local bus from the Heathrow Central Bus Station (the hotel had included this on its travel advice). "
