Service was great, the room itself was spacious and had a nice layout and functioning kitchen, however there was hair on floors, stains on carpet and overall a lot of wear and tear on furniture. The bed and pillows wrre not the most comfortable so we did have a hard time sleeping. It was ok for 1 night.

Our stay overall was fine. The rooms were what was expected from the pictures. The service was not consistent. Most of the staff was pleasant although we were provided misinformation and different responses when trying to extend our stay. One staff person in particular was short and rude with her responses as if we were bothering her.

The staff was excellent! Excelsior customer service. They let me check in early and I really appreciate that courtesy after driving 4 hours.

Great place to stay for several days. Convenient and safe area. Needs some updating, but the room was clean.

Shopping was close by such as Target. Close to restaurants too. Nice city and easy to get around. Very nice accommodations with the hotel.

For the cost of this hotel, I should not have had to walk down to the front desk (which was on the opposite side of the hotel) to go find staff to get a key and let me into the pool area. There is key card access, yet you can’t get in without staff unlocking the door. Ridiculous! And no one could bring a wine bottle opener up to the room since there was only one person working the desk. Had to walk down there too. Super annoying. Room was okay, bedding was just okay. Not great for the price.
