Our hosts are so friendly and gave us some great advice on where to go what would be good to see ( we hadnt been to Norfolk before) Advice on good restaurants in Holt and surrounding area. Amazing breakfast, cereal / fruit juice /grapefruit and any combination of freshly cooked food.

I definitely recommend this B&B. Holm Oaks is an excellent , clean and well-kept property. Room 4 was a very good sized twin room, with a nice sitting area and a large en-suite.
There is a lovely conservatory/ breakfast room and garden area.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.
There is ample forecourt parking out front for all 4 rooms.
The Poppyland train station is a mile down the road.
