Hello and thanks for your impartial odd review. We are very confused by your statements, the furniture in you room was completely replaced with brand new two weeks before your arrival. The following is a list of the new furniture (one commercial sleeper couch, a kitchen table with four chairs, coffee table, lazy boy chair fully electric, and floor mount lamp). The exterior was painted within 6 months, so we don’t know what you were expressing. We take legitimate unbiased criticism seriously so in an effort to resolve this we contacted you. When we identified ourselves, you hung up on us or we somehow got disconnected. When we called back, we got your voice mail. Could you please contact us so we may attempt to remedy this issue for you. Thank you Management

Was good overall, clean property nice staff, beatiful beach love my stay there.

The staff and everyone we met on the island were just so welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable and just beautiful. The distance to the beautiful beach was wonderful! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Cedar Cove for a delightful stay!

Thought we were ground level from pictures, we were 2nd floor. Sliding glass door had gaps, very hard to open or close. Ceiling fan had only slow speed, central air did not keep up with heat, it was hot at bed time. Smelled like mildew.

We do have a maintenance person here on staff that could have addressed the issues you are referring to in your post. As far as the room location, we do have a detailed map of the location of every room on our website that can be found under the header of Our Resort.
