Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Conveniently located for concerts at the Hollywood Bowl. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

Would definitely come back. Great bar and patio. The amenities were great. Staff was very friendly. Tons to do around the area. Quick Lyft ride to Runyon trail.

The area around the hotel is quite run down. The room service cleaning could do with improvements.

All staff were amazing and kind. However most of my stay (3 nightstands ) they were filming or had private events meaning you couldnt use the lobby or dining in the hotel (other than the pool at certain times or room service) had I known this I would have booked elsewhere. Also there was no housekeeping on the second day and I had to request multiple times to have my room made up the following day, towels ect. I have stayed at multiple W properties and I guess had certain expectations, but this one is not close to the same level as what you would expect.

The staff was excellent; however, there were not enough servers in the restaurant. The room was great. The only problem was there was not enough lighting (e.g. for putting on makeup)

The W Hollywood is a beautiful property with great amenities. The service was also attentive with excellent customer service. The king room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
