Great rooftop patio and pool with unobstructed view of the Hollywood sign. Well-decorated hotel. Neat and quiet 2nd floor outdoor lounge with games. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick walk to Sunset Blvd and Hollywood Blvd. Loved the buffet breakfast. Loved our stay and would stay again!

I like this hotel and have stayed numerous times with an excellent room or good room assigned for my booking. Good rooftop, staff usually quite nice & professional. Decent area. Great valet service.
This last stay was an inferior room - very small and quite banged up, showing lots of wear and tear! Not happy about that.
Cleanliness seems to be slipping a bit. The check-in staff was unpleasant and charged the wrong card for the room stay. Usually, we get some perks for status but nothing this trip. I will think twice about booking here next time.
