"+ Very big room with a lot of windows + two mini fridges + very very nice swimming pool + good organized services + very friendly staff - they can some times wash carpets and sofa, they were dirty - food in hotel was very expensive and there was no dining option around"

"The room we were given was horribly outdated - purple shag rug, beat up sectional sofa that seemed pretty dirty, dirty chairs, and a strange smell that caused us to keep the windows open even though it was quite chilly outside just to air it out a little. What they showed in the pics was not what we got. The apartment suite was very large if that is important to you. "Everything was rally special especially the bed, best I've ever had in a hotel. Because of our timings we never got to meet the proprietor which was a shame but she was extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful on the phone. Thanks for a really good nights rest"

"I didn’t know what to expect as a first time traveler to Europe. Booked the room due to its low price and thought the worst due to the price but my stay was wonderful. Dear old German couple helped me navigate the night entry machine. It was clean, quiet, had charm, and intrigue.. "

"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."
