"Ich war im Boardinghouse gebucht und habe dann doch im dazugehörigen Hotel Havenhaus übernachtet. Die Servicekräfte, egal ob im Gastraum oder im Zimmerservice, dort wäre extrem nett und aufmerksam zu den Gästen. Der Parkraum dort ist ein wenig eng und es ist ein Altbau, aber super sauber und gepflegt. Ich habe .ich dort sehr wohl gefühlt."

However there is no A/C and we had an unusually warm October stay--also they need to invest in screens doors--they do have them on the window--but only on one window per room. "Nettes kleines Hotel an der Weser. Schöner Ausblick, sofern man ein Zimmer mit Flussblick hat. Wir haben eine Prämiennacht eingelöst und damit gab es Probleme - schade. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist noch ausbaufähig. Frühstück war ok, allerdings gab es auch einen Brunch und diese Gäste waren wichtiger, sodass wir lange auf einen Tee warten mußten. In der Dusche war die Halterung der Brause locker und es ist nichts passiert obwohl wir das gleich gemeldet haben. Fraglich, ob wir hier noch...

"This place was perfect for a poor bike rider like me. The lady in charge was super sweet and helpful. The place was only a few km from town with all the stores u need and the room was nice and peaceful with a raging hot shower which was perfect for my sore legs. All around perfect for a single broke traveler who just wanted a peaceful night out of the rain. Highly recommend!!! One of the nicest spots for a broke traveler like myself. Please stop thru and show them some love and support!!!"

Rooms are ok, hotel average overall, very limited communal area (just the foyer), the 'bar' looks like an afterthought added to the end of the reception desk, breakfast pricey for what you get, staff ok but expect no more than thr average german customer service. No aircon in the rooms, which were already feeling warm in early May. Fine for business travel when just a bed needed, for anything else you will likely be disappointed."
