The staff were great. Nice place to stay!! Delicious breakfast with more food than you could eat. Nice quiet roof top terrace with pool. We will be back again hopefully in March. I recommend staying here if you have a chance.

A great pleace to stay, very nice and clean rooms. Wonderful, small pool at the roof top. Staff extrem friendly and assist you in any case ( late food snack, taxis, and bus tickets). Airport transfer is offered. 5 stars for this house.

It had all the comfort and convenience of a good hotel with our own kitchen and terrace, easy private access, friendly and helpful hosts (follow their restaurant recommendations!) and a great downtown location. A/C was efficient. Breakfasts (extra charge) were ample, delicious and beautifully presented. There is one review on the Expedia site in which the reviewer complains about being sent across the street to an unsatisfactory room. That person must have confused this casa with a misadventure in some other location because they did not describe Hostal Gina y Francis.

Als erfahrene Cuba reisende kann ich diese super Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Lage, die Sauberkeit und der Service sind hier wirklich unübertrefflich. Die Apartments sind gross und mit allem ausgestattet um dort sogar zu kochen. Bei unserem Check in wurden uns tolle Restaurant Tipps gegeben.Ausserdem hat die Unterkunft eine n sehr guten Taxi Service mit fairen Preisen. Wir sind somit problemos zu unserem Strandhotel in Guardalavaca gekommen. Hinzu kamm das wir unser Gepäck dort auch nach unserem Check out noch lassen durften. Die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber und der Service sind hervorragend. Muchissimas gracias für alles....wir kommen wieder. Hasta pronto :)

Don't expect to get what You book.

We got a room on the other side of the street. Dirty, can't have been cleaned for weeks. No furnitures and dark. The photos on the web has nothing to do with our room. The breakfast was good.
