The woman that checked me in, went out of her way to accommodate my request to be on the second floor. The grounds and the rooms are clean,however my feet were black from walking on the floors in the room. Might need to wash the floors. I would bring my slippers next time. It was nice and quiet,though we did stay at a quieter time of year. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away,and easy access to the beach and the beautiful beach at the nature preserve a short drive away. Easy check out. Also a nice pool on the grounds.

the outside areas and pool are kept very nice . Ive been visiting this place for 3 years now and feel they need to start updating the room interiors and bedding.

I just spent three days in Beach Haven, NJ for a 52 year reunion at a local theatre. The Sea Spray motel was the perfect spot for my stay. My room was spotlessly clean, the shower had plenty of hot water and the bed was “firm” but quite comfortable. There is a pool and it is an easy walk across the street to the beach. Nearby are a dub shop and frozen custard. There is a shuttle that drives up and down the island and stops right out front. This is not a fancy resort—it is a family friendly classic “motel.” Very happy I chose this spot for my stay!

Love this motel, family friendly, clean, comfortable, always feel safe. Stay is pleasant and always ready to help and answer any questions.
Pool is lovely, all is kept up and just as lovely as any hotel on the strip.
