Property has only 2 very good things , very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful seaside , restaurants food quality very poor , no spa at territory , I don’t know how this hotel got so high marks, this hotel 3 plus star real level

We are pleased to learn that all of your interactions with our team were positive, and you appreciated the beach front location. Your other point regarding the quality of food has been duly noted. While we have no spa on property, guests are able to book and enjoy spa services in the comfort of their room. We apologize if this was not offered to you as an option. Our room was dripping with water unless we left the a/c on 24/7 and kept the windows shut. It dried out after 3 days and we were told it was normal. Also management took around £800 from my bank account and then paid the money back when we left - they had no authority to do this and I believe it was illegal.

Overall a good experience..great service with dining and beach service and walkable to some beach bars/restaurants. Beautiful beach but damaged by last hurricane and needs some maintenance to resort on the outside by the beach.
