Stressful Stay
Posted 9 Aug 2021 on HotelsThe receptionist threatened us to leave our credit card with him as security.
Then he forced us to clean the room before check out to avoid penalty. We were all anxious at bed time worrying about how much penalty we would have to pay.
Holiday turned to nightmare.

I'm not sure if you know what is threatened and forced means, just for your reference you can call NZ police when somebody threatened at you or force you to do something that you don't want to do!!! if asking you for the CC details as threaten to you, I am so sorry I have threatened my guests everyday for the past few years and I will continuing to do that. I will be supper happy If I can force you to clean the unit before you departure, save a lot of job and labours. suggest you going out more often to explore NZ or the World!

Posted 3 Apr 2021 on HotelsSuper spot especially if landing late at the airport due to weather! The check in was flawless and friendly. The room was comfortable. For those wanting to be close to the lake, it is perfect. A car is needed though.
