"The staff was friendly and the entire property was clean. We loved the pool and spa and the extended hours. Lots of security. Beautiful lobby especially now that it's decorated for the holidays. Art and gorgeous jewelry, all Native, displayed everywhere. It's 4 Diamond resort so no party animals YAY Restaurants have great food. Can't eat out after midnight so plan ahead if you're a night owl. If you want to stay up late and sleep in ask about late check out. "

"Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. One thing; the bath water took 6 or 7 minutes to get warm in room 219. Then, the shower was great."

"Great service and everything was maintained in perfect order. Included breakfast was perfect and as complete as one can ask for. Shampoo/conditioner dispenser was stored in environmental friendly manner. AC heating was quiet and perfect for sleep, just need to correct/calibrate the temperature reading a bit (a very minor issue considering years of service history). The nearby Petrified forest national park was a great educational and refreshing experience, so this hotel would be much more appreciated and essential"

"we arrived very late, and upon arrival I thought that we had made a big mistake being that from the outside it's a motel with outside doors....but we were wrong! The rooms were spotless, and the staff were very courteous and kind. Sometimes you can't judge a book by its cover, and that was the case here. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
