My usual stopping place on a trip to Melbourne. Large clean and comfortable rooms, good bed and electric blanket which was needed. Shower was good with plenty of water pressure and hot water.

The property was clean and smoke free. In a quiet area of town. Some furnishings needed to be repaired or replaced. There was fishing washing liquid for dishes but no tea towel or dish cloth.
