Excellent service, was able to access room early which was a great bonus. Complimentary hot drinks, inviting rooms- great place for a weekend away

The gentleman that checked us in was lovely and accommodating.
What I didn’t like was the rooms are really dated and does not look like the pictures.
The breakfast was terrible, hardly any food, I had to say to the manager that there was no food and then 25 mins later they brought out beans which was cold and then later brought out eggs. Just didn’t make sense at all!!!!! So I would avoid breakfast

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and even brought my family there to stay. There is nowhere else I will stay when in London now. It’s fantastic
