Very, very good, also value for money
Posted 11 Oct 2020 on Hotels Very service minded personnel, the apartments were big and clean, perfect with indoor parking with direct indoor connection to the apartment. Swimmin pool was very good with extra bonus of mountain views. Highly recommend Havsdalsgrenda whatever season.

Beautiful large but quiet place in the mountains

Spooky and uncomfortable
Posted 16 Jul 2018 on HotelsTroubled and terrible night. Too hot, small windows, sheep with bells on. Very short rooms. Not for anyone taller than 5'5" tall. 2 bedrooms and a closet. 3rd cannot be called a bedroom.
Saving grace is the receptionists

Comfy slope and trail side apartments with a view.
Posted 23 Mar 2018 on HotelsHavdalsgrenda is a great place to stay in the Geilo area, it is slope side for alpine and Xc skiing, a good value and great views. It is best if you have a car or be prepared to use taxis to get around for groceries, dinner, etc. a great addition would be to offer a simple breakfast bar in the reception; we would have gladly paid for it!
