Farmstay in Hokkaido Prefecture

"My family and I loved this hotel! Check-in was smooth and quick. We had indicated that 4 persons (2A,2C) would be staying in the room and they provided towels and amenities for exactly that. Other hotels we stayed in, we had to request for an extra bathroom towel everyday. Stayed 5 days in the corner room. 8th floor, of the new wing. There was enough space for our luggage (7 pieces) and there was also storage space in the space beneath our bed. The room looked new and we had a city view of the area outside. Only 2 bottles of water(500ml) were provided each day. The toiletries provided (body wash, shampoo, conditioner) felt a step better than other places we’ve stayed in. There was a good spread of food for breakfast and it was delicious. We didn’t go to the onsen but it was pretty well used each night. You can check how crowded it is on the tv screen. Limited hours in the morning and evening/night. The hotel also had DIY coin-operated laundry facilities on the 1st floor. Only 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. Fairly small and the dryer took some time to dry a full load (approx 1-2 hours). The airport limo bus dropped us off here so that was great. But if you’re leaving for the airport, you’d have to walk to the next hotel over to board the airport limo bus or walk 10min to Sapporo Station for the train. Odori and Sapporo stations are the nearest train stations to the hotel. About 10min walk. Would stay here again. "

"Love this hotel, it is reasonably priced but the quality and service exceeded all my expectations. There is an entrance to the underground tunnel network linking to metro and JR. The club lounge is as good as what a 5-star hotel may offer, breakfast is of decent quality. Most importantly, the room is of good size by Japan standards, it is comfortable and clean. This will be the only hotel I will stay if I return to Sapporo!"

"Self check in was very easy, and they gladly held our bags because we were early. Room was a little tight/small, but it was clean. We got a smoking room for some reason, so there was a noticeable (but not too heavy) smell of smoke. They provided a room and clothing spray, which was very thoughtful and we used it often. It's located very close to the train station so it was easy to get around. The free breakfast had a great spread of Japanese foods and some Western foods."

"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. The interior of the hotel is a bit older, there was construction going on during the core hours of the working day, and certain items in the room did not work like the radio that’s built into the bed. I’m not sure if this is simply due to the age of the item or the functional operational abilities. Overall, it was a great place for a quick stay in the city. "

"A great stay! Our room was very good for our needs, plenty of charging and power points for our devices, there is Netflix, food at the buffet was very tasty and substantial. The place is clean, organised and very walkable to most of the events during the Snow Festival. It is also handy to the airport bus so all in all a great place to base ourselves in Sapporo. They even gave us fresh towels each day when we opted for no cleaning service. On the last night we didn't use all of the towels to save water.
