Staff are incredibly friendly. Bed sheets were changed every afternoon while we were out which was a lovely site to come back to! Location is great as well. Lots of halal options are nearby for muslims and some lovely cafes close by. Close to the Okachimachi train station as well which makes travelling no stress.

Couldn’t find a fault during our recent stay. Staff went above and beyond at every given opportunity. The hotel itself was superb, we wished we spent more time there. Wouldn’t hesitate to come here again, in fact, we are hoping too again soon.
