"This is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff, but with a laid back vibe as one would expect from a resort hotel. It overlooks the river. It was my husbands birthday, and they surprised him with some birthday breakfast pancakes! We hadn’t told them they must have worked it out when we handed our passports over. The attention to detail throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel was in a great location and walkable to everything. "

From the customer service of all the ladies at the front, to the meals at the Soul restaurant (waitress Trang was so lovely), to the convenient location within walking distance of all Hoi An attractions - plus complimentary bike hire and multiple transfers per day to the beaches. Highly recommend, and would stay here again. "

"I would definitely recommend this property. The resort is beautifully set-up, with all facilities and good rooms (stayed in Junior Suite). The key downside is that this is a 20 to 25 minute walk from the main area and the hotel shuttle runs at very limited intervals. The 3 separate pools are excellent and staff is very helpful. The architecture, decorations, the personnel’s uniforms impress by the attention to detail and a representation of the old cultural heritage. The restaurant of the hotel serves delicious traditional or revisited Vietnamese cuisine in an intimate atmosphere. Rooms and amenities are impeccable. Highly recommended. "
