"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

"The property has an excellent location, very close to the beach. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the heated bathroom floors were an unexpected delight. There were however several families with children that made quite a bit of noise. The rooms are close together so it is difficult to prevent this.
