We had a room on the first floor and we used the lift, however there are some rooms that seem to be in between first and second floors and stairs were the only way to get there. "This hotel is located at the town center and is very convenient for everything. The staffs are very friendly. I appreciate the receptionist introducing me the idea of biking in the Wachau valley. I rented a bike from the hotel for 20e/day and had a good time riding to Splitz and return (for about 5 hours). The hotel also provided me a helmet for free. I want to thank the hotel and to recommend visitors to consider this activity. "
