"Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. It’s a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. Check-in and check-out instructions could be more clear, but it wasn’t a big problem. "

"The apartment was far from being as described on the site. It was not clean. The towels were ragged, no soap in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom ceiling . The place is very close to the beach but far from a supermarket or a restaurant. The T.V wasn’t working properly. The kitchen was dirty, the cups and glasses weren’t washed properly. We had to buy bedding and reasonable towels. Altogether, we definitely didn’t get our money’s worth."

"This property was spotlessly clean and once we had the correct person to speak to (not the number we were first given) communications were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the linens pillows etc good quality. However, the lack of tea towels, hand towels and bath mats was a problem and the shower flooded the entire flat, which explained the water damaged doors. Some general repairs were needed which was an irritation. The building is well situated and we could park at no charge in a nearby...
