"The hotel is fine and in decent condition. The walls are thin enabling me to hear my neighbors' TV. The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being terse and cold - which is not/not typical for Austrians. The heat is set too low and thus led to some shivers during the night (needed two blankets to keep warm) and the shower doesn't have a...

Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. "Het is een gedateerd huisje. De basis zaken zitten erin maar meer ook niet. De matrassen waren niet prettig. Je lag in een kuil en de veren waren voelbaar. De omgeving is geweldig. "This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be clean and comfortable with large, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. But, each time we have enjoyed the fantastic sauna/wellness area and the tasty breakfasts. JUFA's are very family oriented hotels and there were two school groups there the night we stayed and the kids were fairly rowdy when we arrived, but were quiet from 9pm...
