The communication with the host has been fast and nice; we had a problem and he moved to solve the issue as quickly as possible, finding a compromise to make us happy. We appreciated that a lot! Furthermore, there is a washing machine tumble dryer available for the guests, very useful. To improve: cleanliness of common spaces and room and add a hair dryer in every room would be ideal

Thank you for coming by Martina. We tried to keep the common areas as clean as possible however, because of the traffic it’s difficult to have it 100% at every moment. But we do clean it daily. As far as the hairdryer we do have however, only one because it can cause electricity problems, unfortunately But thank you for coming by and safe travels

The pictures are misleading. There's no signal to identify the hotel. It's a very small discreet door near a hair saloon

Bad codition

Smell weed at night and no customers service at all , And there is no parking free , the stair are horrible

Hi we are sad to see this. We do have free parking at our place. We apologize for were smell we have a strict no smoking policy and we follow this extremely and make sure to end this immediately if it is the case. With that said it is difficult to control some guests but do know we did contact that guests to stop.

This place was nice and very quiet. It had free access to laundry and easy access to transit and had a kitchen for use. My only complaint was the room and building was extremely cold without independent heat control for my room.

For your own good, stay away. Book somewhere else, except if you want a very cheap not so clean airbnb style small chamber. My experience was terrible. First the owner will not great you and only communicate through email. You will grab the key alone in a box at the entrance. After you will enter on a open space not cleaned at all, with garbage bin full and smelling not too good. The worst part was that the room I had no AC and no windows I could open. During my trip, it's was heat wave there. I'll let you imagine how I sweet and was lacking of air in the night. The day after I book somewhere else for the rest of my trip. So I end up paying two stays, but the second was way better. I had air to breath...

Hi charlie, you had the ability to turn down AC but you didnt do it until you asked us how as you couldnt figure it out on your own. You then were happy. Yes we are an automated hotel so most communication is with our online reception. You were upset about the AC the first night then asked for a refund after your stay with us for something that you couldnt figure out we find this to be unfair on your part.

I liked the location, the cleanness and the quietness. I didn't like the front door: using the key to open and to lock. I didn't like that there is no table or chair in the room, no disposable cups.
