Thank you Solaria Hotel! We absolutely loved the beautiful room. The hotel restaurant had amazing food. And the spa was really wonderful! We would stay here again easily!

Overall great experience for the convenience of its location. It's a short stroll away from Hoan Kiem lake which is in the Old Quarter which offers a variety of local food and shopping options. One issue is the entrance of the property whereby you'll need to have your luggage carried up a short staircase to reach the front door. Without the help of staff, it'd be difficult to carry your luggage up if you don't travel light. The room i stayed was a tard small but had been warned by the receiption staff due to its location in the prime area, the room sizes are small. Other than that the hotel is known for great customer service and I will give credit to their effort in differentiating themselves from other local providers where the customer service department could be improved.

Very near Hoang Kiem’s lake (2-3 minutes walk). Perfect location in the old town
