We had a great stay at this hotel, the largest king bed I have ever seen! Great bathroom and toiletries, friendly staff with great customer service orientation. Also extremely walkable around the old quarter. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at The Solaria Hotel, everything was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were excellent, check in was quick. They gave us lots of information about the area which was helpful. Check out was quick and the staff were excellent with helping us get a grab ride to the airport. The Solaria hotel is perfectly situated to explore Hanoi. The rooms were great, the hotel was clean and well presented and happy hour in the roof top bar to watch the sunset over the city was a welcome plus! The best thing about the Solaria hotel however was the staff! From the moment we checked in every single member of the staff was happy, helpful and friendly. From providing recommendations around Hanoi to ensuring we got to our transfers everyone was happy to assist. Daria was especially helpful and went over and above to help us after our check out: giving us recommendations for our next city, ensuring we could still use the facilities and providing us with treats for our overnight train. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It's centrally located and very walkable. My room was beautifully appointed and spacious. The rooftop bar was amazing and the breakfast was exceptional. The team went out of their way to help make my stay more enjoyable, including packing a breakfast for me to accommodate an early flight. The airport transfer driver also stopped at train street and helped me get an iconic photo on my way out of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Solaria and it was a the perfect refuge after a long day of travel and the hustle and bustle of the city. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond during every part of our stay. They help us arrange a private taxi to Sa Pa and thoughtfully packed us to-go bags with waters and snacks for our travels from Ha Noi and even remembered that I was a vegetarian. Cannot recommend strongly enough!

We thought Solaria was a great base for our visit to Hanoi and Vietnam's north (with side trips to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh & Sa Pa). Well located near the lake, and just on the outskirts of the (crazy, bustling) old quarter -a couple of minutes walk away The staff could not do enough for us - super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great with plenty of western and local options. The rooms are medium sized, but very comfortable.

Great location, property is very clean. However, what made our stay special was the staff, very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, specially Susan at the front desk , and Michael at the sky bar. The spa was awesome as well.
