Linh was very helpful at the desk and helped me find transport to my next stop. Good location and comfortable beds.

Linh was the best! So helpful and friendly!
This hostel is great for making new friends. It was close to everything and helped me with booking trips and booking night busses. Highly recommend this hostel!!

I love Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh 1 day trip from Linh . Highly recommended this hostel because Linh stay here . Good location and clean room 👌

Bathrooms weren't very clean, but staff was friendly and the area was great for exploring the Old Quarter

This was a good place to stay. They did a good job of communicating with me via the app and arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport. A staff member helpfully carried my bag for me up to the 5th floor. The room was as advertised, comfortable & clean. The options for eating near by were overwhelming and sights were walkable. They were quick to offer any help in booking travel services & stored my bag for a bit after check out.

The staff was very helpful, arranging my tours, bus tickets, laundry and helping me extend my stay. Beds were comfortable with a nice privacy curtain, hooks, fans, cubbies which made the place feel like home for the days I spent there.
