The customer service at the Aurora was unmatched. I have never experienced such high quality service. They were kind, responsive and helpful.
Mr. Long and Moon assisted with the booked of our Ha Long Bay tour, and transportation. They ensured we had a safe ride and checked up on us to ensure everything was going well.
The room itself was great. Big, clean and had everything you need.
The breakfast also started nice and early at 630 so you could still have breakfast and get to your activities early.

Had a great stay at this hotel.
The staff were amazing especially Zoe, the location is great and the beds were so comfortable.
We will definitely stay again upon our return

Probably the best hotel I stayed at I'm Vietnam. Rooms are very modern, very clean and staff was excellent. I love the views in the morning during breakfast sadly I didn't like the breakfast and no many vegetarian options but other than that it's perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel over other ones are the same price range

Staff were fantastic here. Extremely professional, kind, and helpful. They really made our trip to Hanoi memorable and it was definitely a highlight for us!

Skybar was pretty expensive even after using their one for one coupon.
