Posted 9 Aug 2019 on HotelsFantastic location, 1 block from Hoan Kiem Lake, souvenir shopping, and eateries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like about the room we got this time was that the bathroom has frosted glass door so you could see when a person is on the toilet. We've stayed here before and there was no problem whatsoever with the room from the previous stay.
Suggestion to the hotel, darker covering for the bathroom door.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that greeted you each time you opened the door.
