Not clean and a lot of mosquitoes

We were charged for breakfast and renting a bicycle. Inaccurate on the website.
Property was Cute. Stayed 3 nights. Thought it would be cheaper and a better deal the second night if we payed cash but it was about 5 usd more expensive.
Comfy bed by far!!
Had issues with noise levels the first night because there was about 10 school-aged children running about the property. Had to ask to keep it down twice. Second night there was a Vietnamese wedding party in the property directly behind us...terribly loud karaoke and music until 11pm.. we had to leave the property.
We stayed the third night because of the comfy bed and convenience of the location.

First of all, thanks so much for spending a long time with us even you said you had some trouble during time stay here.
We also would love to explain it
as you know, the beginning of years is the highest season in Ninh Binh for all Vietnamese to visit temple and wedding (married). Also you come to us at weekend, Anything we could do we did, but you could not expect the wedding will stop as you request. and also you can not request the other customer stop talking.
Secondly, if your room is included breakfast, you should show us the information, so my sister would have not charged you.
Anyway, thanks again for your praises about our bed and our garden.

Place and manager amazing
Posted 10 Mar 2019 on HotelsThe bed is really confortable. The place is really nice. The best thing about this place is Julia, the manager. She is so nice and helpful. She advices me a lot of good places to visit. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone !

Gorgeous place, a few issues

A few bugs in the room of a night, aircon light was brighter then ya normal light, a bloody rooster who sings at early early hours of the morning, construction workers working at early hours of the morning, soooo it was rough for us. Still a nice place with beautiful staff though

Next to the main street in Tam Coc, but in a small adjacent street so the place is peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay here

We understood what made you unhappy with our place
First of all, sorry about your comfirmation. Because we made a mistake in setup the room on Expedia. It will never happen again in the future for sure.
Second, about the door and the rooster. We think you know that here is countryside, it means this is normal thing happen. Also now is humid season in Vietnam. It made our wood was bigger than normal. Hope you understand for us about that! anyway, we have a good air condition, you can choice the wind option, it will be dry.
