I stayed in suite 1001and the only issue I had was the tub and shower water was luke warm to cold all three days. Aside from that I would rate 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s. I prefer a hot shower no matter the temperature outside. Bed was super comfortable and room is very spacious. Pool was closed two of the evenings during my stay for private parties which was initially a bummer but once we saw the size we weren’t missing out on anything. Roof top pool is super small and should be considered a kitty pool. I would definitely stay again in the same room now that I know what to expect.

We got a room "with window" but was only facing the building next to that was like 2m away - so we couldn't see anything. Also there was construction next to at the weirdest hours, so we couldn't rest that much. Also some staff sleeping in the lounge at 3am? Seemed very unprofessional. Breakfast was ok. Also the afternoon tea. Rooftop pool was great though.

Excellent location for resturants, shopping etc. Rooms super clean. Staff are amazing. Worth noting taxis can stopp directly out front of hotel, given the traffic, this is not possible in some places, so taxi driver said. We had minibar included, breakfast is good for all taste buds - but do wish that hot items were hot and not luke warm or cold. Would definitely stay here again.

Location location location! This is a prime location in district 1. unfortunately there was some construction noise next door that could be heard, however it was limited to during the day. All recommendations from the staff were some of the finest meals we enjoyed in HCMC. The room was comfortable, and large enough to relax in. Staff were helpful and attentive.

We had a great stay here. We had a nice view over the park, large room - Noble Suite and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great - which is why we chose to stay here. Close to markets, food, shopping centre. Pool is very small and restaurants are small which was fine for us.Gym was tiny really suitable for 1 person or a couple only. We would definitely stay here again.
