Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Strong smoking odor at my room and the clerks refused to change the room despite my smoking-free note (twice) before check-in. very noise fan at my restroom and the microwave was broken. The knife in the kitchen was not well cleansed, oil remained left from the last victors.
