Despite the no smoking signs, my room and the general lobby area had the smell which was pretty suffocating. Also, breakfast options, in-room dining aren’t vegetarian or vegan friendly.
Overall left a sour taste in the mouth.

The staff were not very accommodating to my family request as I was attending a wedding and they couldn’t place us on the same level.
I had to request for additional keys for my family
so that we could transfer between floors as the hotel could not put us on the same level and at the beginning the staff was not accommodating and was unwilling to give us additional keys, eventually after some insistence they gave in to our request.
In addition the room’s shower and bathtub combination was impractical and there were moments where the water kept leaking out of the bathtub. I had to climb out of the bathtub and it was awful as I felt if I were to be of a fall risk I will be in danger.
The rooms are very dated and the layout feels old. The only plus side to this hotel is that it is 10mins away from the airport. I would not choose to stay here again. I am appalled at the substandard of this hotel.

I always enjoy staying here. It’s a great 5 stars hotel!

Their spa way Over rated and the price was too high for the type of service.
Staff don’t speak any English and couldn’t communicate with them at all.
