Very handy location. Close to everything, but in a quiet area. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Especially the two lovely ladies in reception. Sunnie and Aimie. Has a Starbucks coffee and two convenient stores within the complex. Rooms have everything you could possibly need, including a washing machine.This is the second time we have stayed here. Will be back.

The property is in a nice quiet area of Ho Chi Minh, but only minutes from all the action by taxi. There are a couple of coffee shops steps away, and two convenient stores. All the staff are incredibly helpful and can't do enough for you. Very enjoyable two weeks. Will be back again.

Stayed 5 nights in the Premier 2 bedroom on the 18th floor with my wife and 2 kids. View was great from the apartment and it was comfortable and well equipped. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. Special thanks to front desk staff Dennis for his hospitality and great service. Apartment was well maintained and spotless. Thanks to housekeeping staff Ngoc and Yloang. There is a grocery and convenience store in the same building and a couple of malls nearby. Hotel provides a free shuttle service to various attractions in the morning. Breakfast is provided at the Starbucks cafe via vouchers provided by the hotel. Food quality is good. My family and I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

the safe was not functional in the room, 2 maintenance guys came up to fix it but couldnt get it going. I just checked in didn’t want to have 2 guys lingering around my apartment while waiting for a new safe as it was taking too long so I didn’t get it fixed, also everyday of my stay there was maintenance guys in my suite fixing an air condition unit. Without permission they would just be in there for a very long time. I didn’t have much privacy and feel like this could’ve waited till I wasn’t at the unit. again, this went on everyday of my stay.

숙박시설이 청결하고 고객응대가 친절했습니다. 다만, 식당가와 거리가 있어 차량 이동을 해야하고, 특히 조식 서비스 대신 스타벅스 쿠폰을 받았는데, 조식 비용으로 약 3만원(인당) 지불했으나 스타벅스 쿠폰은 약 8천원 이었으며 초과되는 금액은 별도 지불까지 했습니다. 이외에는 전반적으로 만족했습니다.
