The buffet was my highlight; but overall the hotel is very highly rated, staff are polite and efficient. No complaints at all!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice and friendly place to stay. We had pleasant stay at Sofitel HMC.

Great place, nice experience

Their Restaurant also very good.
Ms.Ginny at the front desk is helpful and friendly. She went the extra mile to find vegetarian restaurants for local Vietnamese food in the vicinity. Her recommendation turned out to be superb.

Everything about the place was nice, only bad thing was that Since I stayed on floor 20, it was hard to get to my room because only one elevator went to that floor and sometimes it was hard to access unless I went to floor 19 first then tried going to 20.
