I used to stay at this property almost annually. Every time I visit VN my family and I would book up the largest suite they have. The staff used to be friendly. Unfortunately this time around has been nothing but headache. It seems their management and staff do not communicate well. Everything is just about money. People working just want to get tips and not sincere in doing their job. I am so disappointed and will never return to this property in the future.

This place is absolute luxury. Located just outside of the craziness of the city. Facilities here are 5 star, rooms, pool and restaurant. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

The stay was amazing! We stayed in the Studio w/ King bed and it was like a little apartment room. Full kitchen w/some basics already stocked for you. Some slight street noise early morning but it never lasted long and we were already up anyhow. Shower was always hot and water pressure was great. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. Not far from many notable places either walking or Grab. It did lack in food options in the immediate area late at night but that’s not their fault just something to be aware of getting in late. There is heat street food right across from the front door in the morning which I would recommend over the hotel breakfast for the experience if nothing else (the street food was excellent) don’t be shy!

We stayed 5 days and it was absolutely perfect. My wife's birthday happened during the stay and they sent up a surprise birthday cake! The facility is absolutely 5 star all the way around. The neighborhood is quiet with Marie Curie high school across the street. Leafy tree lined streets in a local neighborhood setting. But within 5 minute walk or shirt grab ride can have a the tourist environment if you really want it. The highly emotional and stunning War Remnants Museum is 5 min walk and really worth while to understand the war from multiple viewpoints.
