Saigon Inn Hotel

We were greeted very well by Tuu & Lock who told all the in's & out's of the place! At first it's not the easiest place to find as it's located down some alley ways, the room was clean and adequate for our needs and surprisingly quiet for it's central location for all the action! We felt safe and for the budget conscious traveller it ticked some boxes.

Amazing staff.

Don't be put off by the warren of alleys this hotel is down. I have the double room: very clean and comfortable, but more importantly, the staff are amazing. Friendly, have integrity and genuinely care about your welfare. The cooked breakfasts are very impressive, with them even providing me with a bag of food when I had to leave early for my flight.

ファングラーオ通りから細い道を進んだ所で、タクシーや車は入れない所にあります。その点はやや不便です。しかし、古くても客室はリフォームされていて、綺麗です。また、朝食メニューが豊富でどれも美味しかったです。家族で経営しているようで、息子さんがサービス内容を色々考えて実践していました。絶やさない笑顔と不利な場所でお客さんを呼び、良いサービスを提供しようとする姿勢が非常に好感が持てました。帰りは朝早い時間だったにもかかわらず、お父様と一緒に妻のスーツケースをファングラーオ通りまで運んで頂き、見送って頂きありがとうございました。また、ホーチミンに行く際には、利用させて頂きます。ホテルの皆様、ハードな仕事ですのでお体を大切に。

If I could give 6 stars for service, I would! Upon arrival, I was greeted with clear, concise instructions (and they even briefed me on the local safety measures!) The area was a 2 minute walk from the fun and festivities on Bui Vien, yet it was quiet and extremely safe. Breakfast was fresh every morning, and I always came back to my room feeling welcomed.

Great, friendly place in central HCMC

Such a good place to stay in central HCMC. The staff are absolutely amazing! So friendly and helpful throughout, breakfast is included and it was all delicious. So much to choose from and a really high standard. Location is close to the Main Street and bars and restaurants but tucked away enough to be quiet. Highly recommend!

Good value!

A little hard to find/get to with luggage but a very nice stay. Genuine, helpful staff and a great breakfast! There's literally a book of options for breakfast, it's almost overwhelming but fun to choose.

Hello Kitty blankets

The room at this place was jammed with 3 beds. There was no window. The awful, pink Hello Kitty blankets were really jolting. The ultra thin mattress was the kicker. It was a horrible night's sleep. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great

Sweet Little Hostel

Es zu finden ist ein kleines Abenteuer, versteckt im Gewirr kleiner Gassen. Hast du es dann aber geschafft, bist du in einem kleinen sauberen und top im Bezirk 1 gelegenen Hostel/Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück ist gut und man hat eine riesen Auswahl. Da es unser letzter Tag in Saigon war, fragten wir, ob sie den tag auf unser Gepäck aufpassen könnten. Kein Problem und duschen vor dem Abflug am Abend konnten wir auch noch. Wer kurz in Saigon und ein günstige Unterkunft sucht, für den ist das Saigon Inn genau richtig.

Hostel was schoon en prima kwaliteit/prijsverhouding. Ontbij was echt super, meer dan 140 menu's om uit te kiezen. De locatie was echter minder. De hostel zit in een doolhof aan straatjes en was heel moeilijk te vinden

Hospitality at its best!

We loved our stay at Saigon Inn! The rooms are comfortable and the location is great - in the middle of District 1 but in a residential area, so there is no noise. It's like an oasis set back away from the chaos of the streets. The hosts are simply wonderful! They greeted us by name every time they saw us, asked us how we were doing, offered tips for sightseeing, and walked us around the neighborhood when we first arrived so we would know where to go. They provided breakfast each morning - we selected from an extensive menu and the food was delicious! It was so much food that we often would skip lunch since we weren't hungry and just wait until dinner to eat. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, primarily due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the people who work there. I highly recommend anyone going to Ho Chi Minh City to stay at the Saigon Inn! I know that if we ever return to the city, we will definitely be staying here again!

Best hostel in Ho Chi Ming coty!!

Nice, cozy, quiet and clean hostel! Staff are very kind and hopitable! The breakfast is various and tasty! It really feels like home. I will not hesitate to choose here when I am back to HCM. Five stars!!!
